Antitrust Litigation and Enforcement

We have represented numerous individuals and corporations under investigation by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. We have also represented individuals in investigations where United States Attorney’s Offices sought to employ other federal laws, such as mail and wire fraud offenses, to prosecute allegations that were collusive in nature.

Examples of our experience in these areas include:
 

• Representation of a defense contractor in an Antitrust Division investigation into bid-rigging and kickbacks in government contracting.
   
• Representation of executives employed by major international airlines in Antitrust Division investigations concerning allegations of price-fixing and other forms of collusion.
